Skhumbuzo Skhumba Hlophe is a South African comedian, actor, and radio personality from Tembisa, known for his authentic Kasi-style comedy and sharp observational humor. With a strong presence across Gauteng and nationwide, he has performed at major events including the Soweto Comedy Festival, Tshwane Comedy Festival, and Blacks Only, where he has headlined multiple times.

He is widely recognized for his sold-out One Man Specials such as #ItsAShubile, #1sOfAll, #JustForKontrol, and #IMeanBizniss, which have toured across South Africa. His performances combine real-life storytelling with high-energy delivery, making him one of the most sought-after comedians in the country.

Beyond the stage, Skhumba has built a solid media career, featuring on Tandekas Diary (SABC1), appearing as a detective on The Masked Singer South Africa, and starring in the Netflix film A Soweto Love Story. He currently co-hosts the Drive 959 show on Kaya FM, further expanding his national reach.

Since 2016, Skhumba has turned his birthday month into a fundraiser. He rallies his comic friends behind Walk This Way With Skhumba — a benefit show whose cheeky title masks a serious goal: buying wheelchairs for people who need them.

The wheelchairs are distributed to homes across Gauteng every August, Skhumba's birthday month. Over 500 wheelchairs have been donated so far.
